I already have a website. Can I keep my domain?
Yes. We'll help transfer or redirect your existing domain. It's included for plans lasting 3 months or longer. A one-time domain transfer fee otherwise applies.
I don't have a domain yet. Can you help?
Absolutely. We'll help you pick and set up a domain that fits your business and service area.
How fast can my site go live?
Once you request and claim your demo site, and approve your plan, we can have your site live on your domain quickly.
Are there upfront design fees?
No, unless you are on a custom package. The design work is built into your monthly plan. You only pay the monthly price. No surprise bills, no big upfront invoice.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Your website and your domain are yours. The Launch Package has a 3-month launch and stabilization period; the Growth Package and the Free Plan have no minimum commitment. It all depends on what you want to do with your domain.
What if I just want to try it first?
Start with the Free Plan. Your demo stays live on a subdomain so you can share it around and see it in action before you commit.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel the free plan anytime, and we'll delete your demo website. Our standard packages come with a 3-month domain transfer period. This means that cancelling a package before 3 months incurs a domain transfer fee.
What's actually included?
A custom single-page site, hosting, SSL, monthly maintenance, and support. The Growth Package adds migration help, priority onboarding, and ongoing optimization to keep your site converting.
What exactly is a domain?
A domain is the web address people type to find your site. For example, yourbusiness.com. It's registered with a provider (a registrar) and renewed yearly. We can use a domain you already own or help you set up a brand new one. You always own your domain.
Why does cancelling the Launch Package before 3 months cost a domain transfer fee?
The Launch Package runs for a 3-month launch period, and we cover the work and costs of connecting your domain during that time. If you cancel early, we've already done that setup. Therefore, a one-time domain transfer fee applies to release the domain back to you or your new provider. After the 3-month minimum, there's no fee and the domain is yours to keep or take with you.
My demo has stock images or generated content that I want to replace. Does my plan include that or is it extra?
Most demos feature placeholder content for the purpose of demonstration only. All plans include updating or replacing content (within reason) such as images, logos, brand statements as part of the launch sequence.
Why does my demo look completely different to my current website?
Demo websites are typically designed purely as prototypes that are completely free of copyright issues. Most clients swap out the placeholder images and text with their own brand assets as part of the initial launch sequence when signing up for a plan.
